So an FYI, Skybet are again doing money back as cash on the first race everyday for royal ascot. however they are not quite as dumb this time, to get cashback your horse needs to finish in top 4
I think they realised last time at Cheltenham the cashback was too good to be true!

Make sure you are taking advantage of Skybets offer. stick £20 on first race of each day of Cheltenham and get cash refund if you lose. bonkers not to do that!

Funny story Ed, and a lesson in drinking and gambling. Last year after a few bevies on the Thursday I placed a bet on A Plus Tard for the gold cup - or atleast I thought I did, turns out I placed a bet for the 2023 gold cup and was mortified when he came home to win, however the days here and I now sit with that bet ready at the great price of 14-1 so here’s hoping!!

Yeh good tips GD.
Earnt a nice packet on flooring Porter and finally pushed me in front for the week. FYI I suspect the longer odds where due to his tendency to cock his head after jumps.and actually the horse cocked after the last but thankfully the jockey reigned him in!
I had another large bet on Glens, I think the pace was just a bit too quick for him, also Blackmore has a Midas touch this week!
Have a soft spot for Kemboy in the gold cup tomorrow, won a grade 1 last time out. But that may be more sentiment than sage advice!

Just to point out, skybet are again doing the money back if horse loses on the first race of each day. They have reduced it this year to £10 but it’s still a free bet to nothing!
