Unlucky Ed23 and well done to Tim. Hope you backed up your bets with fourfoulds. I was unlucky with my bet, I had Everton, Burnley, Leeds, Reading and Wolves to draw. But I have been doing my bet with 5 fourfoulds and 1 fivefold. So I got a fourfould in. Thanks Tim for telling me to cover my bet a while ago.

The best horse race in the world bar none takes to post today at 5.15 and looking at them all week and I've picked out nearly half of the field. I have eventually settled on 4. I know backing 4 horses in the same race is madness but so what. lol

Does it sum up racing in Britain at the moment when the champion jockey Brian Hughes saddled up at Doncaster yesterday and is at Fakenham today?
This festival has just been an Irish domination which questions will be asked when the dust all settles on what needs to he done to get British horses back challenging again.
I was quite happy yesterday with 14 and 12/1 winners and I put a fair chunk on the shunter and had a bit on shantou flyer who placed so today's betting and this evenings takeaway and beers are all paid for by mr power.
Now to Day 4.
Today's feature is the Gold Cup and I can't have any of the horses at the head of the market. A plus tard failed to get home last year, champs jumping could be found wanting, a boum photo going for a 3 in a row is very difficult. I backed Santini last year and only for him switching and going anywhere but straight on the run in he would have won. 11/1 today is a cracking each way bet for me.
